Our beautiful sirloin steak is a whopping 32oz of low-fat, high-protein, flavor-filled beef. The sirloin comes from the back of the cattle, in front of the rump, and is a nutritious cut that still tastes delicious.
Our philosophy at Magnolia Meadows is that great beef comes from healthy cows and good grass, which means that all our cattle spend their entire lives in open pasture under the Arkansas sky. They are totally GMO-free and full of natural goodness.
Our sirloin steaks are approximately 32oz and are cut 1 1/4" thick.
